THE DAILY CAVEAT is published by Michael Thomas, a recovering corporate investigator based in Washington, DC.  Originally conceived as the official blog of Caveat Research, LLC., TDC has continued independently in the ongoing care of Michael Thomas.

With an investigative career that spans: litigation support, competitive intelligence, witness location, due diligence, securities class action, major torts and art theft investigation, Michael cut his teeth with the James Mintz Group and later went on to co-found Caveat Research.

Michael has also done time with expert witness consultancy Round Table Group and product liability research and communications firm, Safetyforum.com.  Michael began his career at the National Archives in Washington, DC.
